Breakfast Banana Smoothie

Perfect for fast-paced mornings. Can be made vegan!

  • Food Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 300 ml milk (I use almond milk)
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
  • Feel free to add more or not so much of anything depending on your taste. I personally throw loads of cinnamon in!
  • Pulse the mixture until the banana has been broken up and then mix on medium/high until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass, mason jar or to-go cup and enjoy!
