Breakfast Banana Smoothie
Perfect for fast-paced mornings. Can be made vegan!
- 1 banana frozen
- 300 ml milk (I use almond milk)
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon ground
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Put all of the ingredients into a blender.
Feel free to add more or not so much of anything depending on your taste. I personally throw loads of cinnamon in!
Pulse the mixture until the banana has been broken up and then mix on medium/high until smooth.
Pour into a glass, mason jar or to-go cup and enjoy!
